A survey of 153 American Human Resource Managers by Arthur Bedeian in 1986 identified the 20 most common errors made by applicants attending job interviews. The list (and accompanying questions) should prove useful as a discussion starter for Business Studies modules on recruitment and selection, as well as offering insight to students (and possibly teachers!) when preparing for interview!
