Black History Month Resource: African Writing Scripts

This four page worksheet is ideal for Black History Month and is taking from the Global African Studies eLearning course at www.simoneducation.com.
The worksheet provides simple information to pupils on African writing scripts and has three tasks that allow pupils to write their own words using hieroglyphs, complete an African writing script table, undertake research on the Shabaka Stone at the British Museum and design their own mural using a range of Bantu and Ancient Egyptian symbols.
