How healthy is the food you eat? Even if you like to have the odd bar of chocolate, the chances are you eat a well balanced diet - or choose not to! The importance of a varied and healthy diet is generally known and understood in the Uk and Ireland. But this is not the case for people who live in countries where access to a nutritious diet is limited. This assembly looks at the difference a healthy diet has made to the lives of a community in Guatemala.

They then can present their decision to the rest of the class using the evidence.
