This adventure focuses on exploring our emotions. The adventure takes children on a learning journey through reading comprehension, story telling, writing, phonics, maths and art skills with a focus on Emotional Literacy. Children will have the opportunity to identify emotions through the story and in their own lives and learn skills to regulate their feelings when they need to.

It is a wonderful resource designed to accompany the picture book Conker the Chameleon by Hannah Peckham and Stephanie Jayne. I recommend using this resource alongside a copy of Conker the Chameleon.

All our adventures develop children’s wellbeing and are based on positive psychology research and interventions.

Your learners will love the science activity inspired by the story.

This guide is designed for children aged 4-12 to be done with adult support. Further information and support is available for adults in our blog at www.hellohappylearner.com. It is great for use in class, at home or in interventions.

This is a great resource for World Book Day & wellbeing.
