Year 6 Decimals and Fractions: Multiply and divide fractions.

Procedural fluency practice worksheets to achieve maths mastery. Differentiated for children working towards Age Related Expectations (ARE), at ARE and at greater depth. Includes answers.

Day 1 - Find unit fractions of 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4, using an image. Use an image to begin with to multiply unit, then non-unit, fractions; then use the short strategy to multiply numerators and denominators.

Day 2 - Divide fractions by whole numbers using a supporting image.

Day 3 - Multiply pairs of fractions and divide fractions by whole numbers.
