I have adapted the Design and Technology 'Homes&' Unit to suit a castle topic. The unit involves cross-curricular history links, and many DT skills. At the end, children build a model castle. I hope it is helpful, if it is PLEASE REVIEW as I am a trainee :)

Flip- chart moves through stages of multiplication as repeated addition and then an array. Can be made more practical (fun) by having a collection of small pairs of socks and lots of real life examples of an array. Also children love the chocolate challenge!<br />
