This worksheet forms part of a lesson on self-compassion for 5-8 yr old learners. This lesson helps foster a healthy sense of self by explaining what self-compassion is and the 3 steps to use it. The pupils have a chance to consider and respond to questions through drawing, writing and talking to a friend.

This lesson resource supports the Health & Wellbeing part of the Scottish curriculum, and the PHSE part of the English curriculum.
