Sweatshops & Olympics resource pack
Easy-to-use resources for citizenship, geography, humanities & history teachers. Global issues surrounding the London Games. Some of the questions examined: Where is Olympics merchandise made? How have sweatshops travelled from London’s East End to Bangladesh and other countries over the last 100 years and why? How are we linked to the people who make our clothes? And what can young people do to be part of a positive, localised campaign in support of sweatshop workers? We have designed them with KS4 in mind but they are also adaptable to KS3.
