The purpose of this study was to carry out a maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 Max) test, identifying limitations and factors affecting validity, reliability, and accuracy for four young sporting adults between the ages of 20 and 25. Two males and two females were chosen at random from a group of 17 young adults all of whom lead active, healthy lifestyles.
