The Feel Good Factor

A PSHE and Citizenship website for Key Stage 3 and 4 students aged 11-16

Being a teenager is not easy. People expect different things, and there’s so much information out there, and choices and decisions to be made. How teenagers feel about themselves will be influenced by their environment, physical changes, health, study and career choices, job prospects, political understanding, business ethics, personal safety and their own opinions. Ultimately, though, teens’ feelings are determined by what they think about themselves. It helps if they can find their ‘feel good factor’. Our PSHE resource helps them do just that.

The Feel Good Factor website includes information pages that link to Activities and PDF Worksheets for teens: Being a teenager, looking after yourself, knowing yourself, selling yourself, the world of work, being part of our society, business and environment, being safe and your views are important.
