I have taken the profile points and put them onto a document which can be put on our wall. When staff have made an obsevation, we write the profile points on the bottom, this saves time when looking for evidence of meeting the points when completing the assessments. The first 2 points are on a seperate sheet as these are the on entry points and will in the majority be covered in the frst few weeks. The last 3 points (7, 8 and 9) are the first 3 points for reception year. The points are linked to EYFS stages. Topics also included: assessment.

Easy to see everything on one sheet. Thank you for this.

Just what I was looking for. This is just what I needed. Thank you. I've just altered it a little bit by colouring each area to make it easier to use 'at a glance'. Will enlarge to A3, laminate and proudly display next week!

Wow This should be in the EYFS pack. This looks good I can't wait to print it out - We also have the profile points on stickers which makes us more efficient. Thanks for sharing your hard work!
