For use in both EYFS and Key Stages 1 and 2, here are the transition day activities I showed on my Instagram.
These activities are what I plan to use on my transition day next week and I wanted to share them with you all! In this download there are three activities:
- All About Me Poster
- Find Someone Who
- Letter Template
Activities 1 and 2 can be used together which I am planning to do using a gallery walk for children to go and find someone who but you can always do them independantly.
This download includes a PDF version of all three sheets for printing out but there will be an PPT (PowerPoint) version coming soon!
