Unjumble the sentences game to practise the passé composé
This can be printed in A4 format and cut out so that students work individually recomposing the sentences. Or it can be printed in A3 format to play a game opposing two teams. In that case, print 2 sheets in different colours and cut out the words of each sentence. The teams will be on each side of a desk and will be presented with the jumbled words of one sentence, face down. One member of each team is allowed to touch the words, the other members can only talk. The teams compete to be the first to form the sentences with the words in the correct order. Once sentence one has been recomposed, change team member and go to the next sentence. Award points and tally to declare the winning team.
