In creative writing lessons, children often complain that they can’t think of anything to write. They also find the prospect of writing a long story quite daunting. These very different, but very short stories, have all been used by children's author Roger Hurn to catch children’s imaginations and to help them see that a good story does not have to be a full length novel to have a beginning, a middle and a satisfying end! In fact, once they see how much fun these little stories are they can’t wait to try and write their own.
