Wie viel Uhr ist es?
This lesson is aimed at helping students to learn how to tell the time in German. It starts by revising numbers, the knowledge of which is essential for success in this area, and continues by allowing students to talk about the timings of the school day. The concept of the verb as always being the second idea of a sentence (inversion) is introduced, and this could be further exploited by talking about timings of other activities during the day.
