This isn’t just one phonics screening check, or two…or three. This resource draws on a bank of over 1000 (editable) words to randomly generate 1000s of checks at just the push of a button. Answer sheets and pupil cards are randomly generated and then all you have to do is print and go! For each check, 40 words are generated (20 real words and 20 pseudo words) in line with the national checks and should be carried out in exactly the same way using the corresponding pupil cards. Also included is a colour coded tracking sheet to easily track pupils across the academic year. Enter names, enter scores and the spreadsheet will do the rest and calculate a class average, These resources are great to prepare pupils for the phonics screening check and to track pupils progress throughout the year.
