My practical and creative resources are designed to help children access mindfulness and improve wellbeing. Setting children up for a successful present and future. Over the past 20+ years I have taught in 5 different countries, within the IB and British National Curriculum. My experience comes from personal growth along with a range of courses: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction); ‘Mindfulness Matter’; ‘PawsB’; certificate in positive psychology.

Benefits: Students get to become aware of what makes/doesn’t make a friend. Students may realise that they do/don’t treat their friends the way they want to be treated.
