My practical and creative resources are designed to help children access mindfulness and improve wellbeing. Setting children up for a successful present and future. Over the past 20+ years I have taught in 5 different countries, within the IB and British National Curriculum. My experience comes from personal growth along with a range of courses: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction); ‘Mindfulness Matter’; ‘PawsB’; certificate in positive psychology.

This task is about training your brain muscle to be mindfully focussed, using a well known game called Kim’s game. In it you will need to work out the missing object. Remember to be mindful of how it feels in your mind and body to focus.

When something becomes routine it means that we can do it without thinking so much about it. That also means we stop noticing things around us because they don’t seem new anymore.
