A lesson I used for an observations with year 7. It discusses the importance of education for girls and how this links to Muslim beliefs about education and gaining kowledge. Tasks include - annotating Qur’an quotes, ordering Malala’s life events and discussing whether or not education should be included in the 5 Pillars of Islam.
