This pack contains 6 weeks (30 days) worth of daily starter activities for KS2 Maths lessons. Each day, the children will either be presented with either a key number in the center of the slide, a time on a clock face, a 2D or 3D shape. They will then answer a series of differentiated questions involving word problems as well as their knowledge of the four operations, time and/or shape. Questions should be answered following the traffic light system with the green section being completed first, then the orange section and finally the challenge. Each daily slide also comes with answers for pupils to easily self-mark directly after the activity. PowerPoints can be easily adapted if necessary.

This bundle also includes 5 complete lesson plans, activities and a fully interactive PowerPoint to continue the learning of Information Texts. During this second and final week, children will enjoy learning about useful trucks such as Army Recovery Trucks, Logging Trucks and Snow Ploughs before planning and creating their very own! They will then create labels and captions to describe their truck’s features during lessons 3 and 4. SPAG/GPS covered this week: Phoneme /k/, graphemes c, k, ck and ch, simple sentences.
