This is a presentation for a fun and inspiring Geography/ PSHE lesson for young children, based on transport and how children get to school in different countries. It would be perfect for a first lesson to get a new class excited about learning and chatting with one another about how their lives are similar/ different. This is part of a ‘broadening horizons’ series which will help to enlarge children’s perspectives beyond their immediate lived experience, and encourage understanding and acceptance of different cultures.
