A teacher of 26 years who has often been given "that class" to teach and a qualified SENDCO, I know the value of high quality teaching resources that incorporate inclusivity into the planning. I use Rosenshine's principles of instruction and am mindful of cognitive load throughout the lesson. I prefer to model worked examples live but have create worked through examples so that both options are available. Examples are precise, unambiguous and designed for success.
