Kidsbooks.io is an independent children's publisher. Our books are printed and shipped in the UK. We publish the Lena series: ten short, illustrated chapter books written for ages 8-12 (and read comfortably up to Year 8), each about one feeling children meet every day - putting things off, anger, worry, perfectionism, boredom and screen time, gratitude, feeling left out, online safety and self-worth. Every book has a Parent & Educator Guide bound into the back, with discussion questions, puzzles, creative activities and an original song, and each story is mapped to the PSHE Association Programme of Study - so it works as a read-aloud for PSHE, RSHE and wellbeing time, as a guided-reading set, or as one-to-one ELSA and SENCO support. The stories are secular and every page is open to parents. This shop shares free printable discussion guides, lesson plans and pupil worksheets adapted from the Lena books, for teachers, TAs, ELSAs and SENCOs.
