I'm an experienced teacher with a background spanning mainstream, alternative provisions and vocational settings. Since 2016, my work has focused on inclusive practice. Alongside my experience as a teacher, middle leader and senior leader, I am also a professional musician and performer. The resources I create are designed to the bridge the gap between differentiation, wellbeing, inclusion and time, supporting staff to embed effective strategies into everyday practice. They are designed to make teaching that little bit easier. All resources are informed by research, statutory and theoretical guidance, and grounded in real classroom experience, aligning with current DfE expectations.
