A complete scheme of work that targets the development of skills for job applications. Suitable for 14+ years to adults, the scheme is based around 75 minute lessons over 14 weeks including any assessment. time should an accredited route be taken. A number of accredited employability programmes exists and this should frame coverage for the job application and self-assessment areas of these qualifications. For some awarding bodies this will be sufficient to offer a n Award sized qualification.

This generic scheme consist of 35 sessions.It takes a project based approach to the development of employability and enterprise skills, suitable for mapping against a range of qualifications and Gatsby outcomes. The sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of your learners and as such is suitable for 14+ and Level 2 and above. It has been successfully used with Level 2 and Level 3 learners and can be mapped against qualification outcomes. When used the sessions were full-day sessions but the same scheme could be effectively used in shorter duration sessions, although I would not recommend sessions of less than one hour and ideally 2 hours minimum
