I have put together a document that you can use in your History Department or as an History Subject Leader to prepare your team for Ofsted. This includes: Questions Ofsted will ask HODs or Subject Leaders What inspectors will look for in a lesson Questions inspectors will ask your teaching staff Questions inspectors may ask the students I have included detail on the evidence that you may wish to put together to save time and lower stress on your team. There is also examples for teaching staff to refer to and compile themselves to prepare for inspection. I hope this saves you and your team time and makes a deep dive simpler for you to understand.
