The CONNECT FOUR game should be played in pairs. Each child takes it in turn to select a word class e.g. noun and must verbally provide an example e.g. table. They can then place a counter on the box. The aim is to get four counters in a row to win the game. The learning objective for the game is to identify word classes and it is differentiated four ways.
