Point, Evidence, Explanation, Link paragraphs are a great way for pupils to focus historical arguments in written work, and when planning for presentations. I find that the Link back, added to a standard PEE paragraph helps pupils maintain focus on the question throughout their work. These resources form a useful checklist for any historical writing.
