A great way to keep students engaged in fitness and break away from the stereotypical old-school style fitness lessons! Students will have to pick a range of food off the menu, log how many calories each item has and burn off those calories with specific exercises. Easily differentiated.

Pick a revision topic e.g. bones/muscles/engagement patterns. Students pick a sub-topic for their partner and they have 60 seconds to write down as much as they can.
