Creative and innovative resources that meet the needs of every learner in every lesson. Why create numerous resources when one can do it all. Most resources are for geography lessons, but many are for whole-school too and cross over into numerous subjects.

A great lesson that allows pupils to develop and apply a range of map skills. Scale Direction 4 figure grid references 6 figure grid references Contour lines Height OS maps Symbols There is an overlay that needs printing onto tracing paper and stuck onto the OS map. This enables pupils to create their own (basic) GIS map. I’ve used this for both KS3 & 4.

Geography science interdependence rainforests GCSE KS3 full lesson animals climate plants food webs

A nice and simple (full) lesson that looks at the interdependence of parts of the rainforest. Students create a foodweb and then apply their knowledge and understanding in a GCSE style question. They then look at the success criteria for successfully writing a great answer. It also provides students with a purple pen paragraph that the class can do together to demonstrate what a good (part) answer looks like.

full ks3 Geography scheme of learning and all resources complete package

This is a full package of resources, schemes of learning, assessment and materials for KS3. Memory Time has been mapped to allow for consistent coverage. Comprehensive SoL outline all of the key criteria relating to the new OFSTED framework. The intent and learning journey is clear and effectively mapped out. Homework tasks are included and have been mapped out across the years. Each topic has a clear journey and end point. Assessments have been added along with mark schemes, revision lessons and feedback & evaluation. There are literally thousands of resources and materials and this package is the culmination of 20 years of work. There are far too many resources to upload onto TES. When purchased, I will have to send materials as a ZIP files.

all information about the pros & cons of lanfill & what it is

All the resources for a series of lessons lesson about landfill. Designed for both KS3 or 4. Pupils have an information sheet (best printed in A3 & colour). This provides them with the detail that they need about landfill sites in the UK. Pros & cons & what it is. This information can be used to create a variety of work, but I find that an article works best (included). There is also a SEND article outline. There is a structured Q & sheet and subsequent SPaG sheet that I print on green paper to address the needs of most schools literacy policy. The assessment also put pupil learning into context & can be peer/self or teacher assessed. These tasks actually take about (roughly) 5 lessons to complete.

should the UK have left the EU european union

All the resources needed for a series of lessons (3 to 4) about Britain leaving the E.U. Students create a rough mindmap (using the info on the EU). Once completed they can create an extended piece of writing. At the end of the lesson, the class can have their own referendum. This lesson has been used as part of geography & SMSC and the kids loved doing it.

A set of resources created to teach all about the pros and cons of fracking in the UK. The information sheet is designed to be printed in A3 & provides pupils with all of the learning that is needed. They can create a more creative piece of work (article/story board) or use the structures mindmap sheet provided. There is a quick test (on the reverse of the mindmap) which tests their learning, using simple fill in the blanks paragraphs. It is designed to be used with the new 1-9 GCSE geography specifications (most exam boards) or for KS3.

All the resources for a series of lessons lesson about Delhi. Designed for both KS3 or 4. Pupils have an information sheet (best printed in A3 & colour). This provides them with the detail that they need about Delhi. Slums, character, problems of urbanisation in less developed countries, push & pull factors and sustainable management. This information can be used to create a variety of work, but I find that a diary works best (included). There is a structured Q & sheet and subsequent SPaG sheet that I print on green paper to address the needs of most schools literacy policy. The assessment also put pupil learning into context & can be peer/self or teacher assessed. I have even included a teacher feedback sheet that is used to speed up the marking process. These tasks actually take about (roughly) 5 lessons to complete.

All the resources for an entire lesson about the great barrier reef. Pupils have an information sheet (best printed in A3 & colour). This provides them with the detail that they need about why the GBR is good for people, its threats & how it is sustainably managed. This information can be used to create a variety of work, but I find that a cartoon strip works best (included). There is a structured Q & sheet and subsequent SPaG sheet that I print on green paper to address the needs of most schools literacy policy. The assessment also put pupil learning into context & can be peer/self or teacher assessed. I have even included a teacher feedback sheet that is used to speed up the marking process.
