The Transition Cliff

I'm Jeremy D. Gooch, a special education Transition Coordinator in Kansas. I've spent 20+ years in schools as a SPED teacher, coach, Project SEARCH coordinator, day school principal, and CPI trainer. Everything here started as something I made for my own students, ages 14 to 22, then cleaned up so you can use it tomorrow.
