I used these resources with my lower ability GCSE class. I got them to set targets and then as an introduction, I went through how to tackle the question. There is an adaptable worksheet attached that helped them to break up what they had to discover. Hope it helps!

A couple of homework worksheets to aid the primary to secondary school transition. Just used to help ensure every pupil knows the 'basics&'.

A placemat that I used with my lower ability GCSE students. Basically, in the clouds pupils have to write an example of each technique and colour code the bubbles. Three colours are to be used to show which techniques they understand and the ones they don't.
