This French test (3xA4 pages) covers KS3 basics that GCSE groups should/must know ( numbers, weather, time, opinions, days of the week, different tenses conjugation, gender agreement, plurals, question words etc…) I find it helpful when getting a new group to see which basics must be reviewed before starting the GCSE course. Score /100 Recommended use: This test can be given at the start of Year 10/Year11 as a baseline assessment. It can be used at the end of Year 9 to check knowledge. I usually give it to my Year 10s at the start of the year and I have them do it at the start of year 11 again. ** Please note that the blue squares are a watermark and can be removed (just select and delete)**

It is a one hour lesson about activities you can do in Paris(could last a bit longer for a bottom set group). Objectives: To be able to say what you like doing and using the infinitive in French. It is mainly a reading activity about learning languages.
