HANTIS

I've spent 6 years teaching Hantis to more than 10,000 students in P.E. classes across the country, and I've led professional development courses for P.E. teachers in 5 states. Everything in this store comes from what works in real gyms and classrooms: big classes, mixed skill levels and short periods.
