We use this with our GCSE students.
This is an example of the reward system I have in place for years 7-9. This involves gaining a bunting token for their behaviour, attitudes and work, and creating their reward bunting tally. At the end of the week, the student with the most and 2nd most made bunting gets a prize out of the reward box.
I mainly use this for the younger students as they like the idea of creating their own bunting!
I also use this idea sometimes with the elder years 10 and 11, where they form teams of 3-4 people and they have a team against team each term to see who wins the prize. Last term it was a Nando’s voucher
This is an example of my reward jaw that I use with my students. The globe is for Geography and the book is for History. Each token is personalised with the students name, e.g. Miss Morrell, and a student is rewarded a token based on their behaviour and work during the lesson. The jar is then ‘emptied’ at the end of the week and a student/s name is picked and they are rewarded something from my box of rewards.
I mainly use this for the older students as they like the anticipation of who will win!
