This is ideal to use at KS3 or could be used at GCSE level if you're introducing the students to the sport. The QR codes have links to relevant short videos. Fractions is also included to tick the numeracy box. The levels can be altered to suit your school's current assessing structure.
These sheets allow you and your students to track their knowledge of the ten topics in the syllabus. Each of the chapters is broken down into sections, allowing staff/students the ability to track specific areas that are of a strength or weakness. There are spaces to write in end of unit tests or sub-unit mini test results.
This pack includes 11 different worksheets for the following activities:
Football, Badminton, Basketball, Netball, Rugby Union, Volleyball, Athletics, Trampolining, Table Tennis.
There are 3 separate sheets for Athletics (one for runs, jumps and throws). There is also a blank one for you to use if there are other activities you assess within your schools that could be easily modified.
These sheets can either be used within lessons, by the students, to self assess their strengths and weaknesses in each activity. However, they are also ideal for students to peer assess a partner. Or they are ideal to use as homework tasks when covering practical activities.
They closely follow the NEA criteria for the new OCR specification, allowing pupils to easily see where they are in relation to the requirements. There is also a section for them to rate themselves in the four key areas:
1. Range of skills
2. Quality of skills
3. Physical Attributes
4. Decision making
Finally, there is a section for them to note their three main areas for development for them to progress to a higher level.

This is new for the latest 2016 OCR GCSE PE specification. It is a pack of nine A4 sheets, split into twelve different areas of the specification, containing a total of 95 different key words or phrases and their meanings. Each section is colour coded and titled with the area of the spec it is related to. This makes it far easier for students to find and learn the key words from certain topics, than trying to use an overall glossary. Each key word has a space where students can tick (or cross) depending on whether they feel they know the meaning. These are good to use as revision cards and also to for the students to have these in their folders/books at the start of each area of the spec.
