This pack includes 11 different worksheets for the following activities: Football, Badminton, Basketball, Netball, Rugby Union, Volleyball, Athletics, Trampolining, Table Tennis. There are 3 separate sheets for Athletics (one for runs, jumps and throws). There is also a blank one for you to use if there are other activities you assess within your schools that could be easily modified. These sheets can either be used within lessons, by the students, to self assess their strengths and weaknesses in each activity. However, they are also ideal for students to peer assess a partner. Or they are ideal to use as homework tasks when covering practical activities.
