A workshop designed for girls aged 7-13 that focuses on building learning confidence and self belief with the aim of raising aspirations. Can be delivered over 4 hourly session or as an off timetable workshop. Requires the facilitator to provide short individual feedback to the girls as they progress through the activities so a staff:pupil ratio of no more than 1:10 is recommended. Can be delivered by Teaching Assistants or Youth Workers as well as teachers.

It served to be very empowering for the hundreds of young people who took part in the lesson over the last few years - it allowed them to reflect on their own peer pressure troubles and identity crises as well as start to contextualise their mood swings and insecurities.
