Please download the preview if you are unsure if it will work on your computer. This lesson is an overview of the story of Ernest Shackleton and the crew of the Endurance during their two years trapped in the wilderness of the Antarctic. The story is told with the aid of a timeline of the expedition in the medium of a Keynote - similar to a Powerpoint presentation but a lot more versatile! Following is a list of the contents and some possible uses. 1. A set of 50 high quality JPEG images that can be printed out for use in games and tasks of many kinds. 2. A 14 page PDF document of the same images grouped into sets of 4 that can be used for bingo, matching or comparison type games. 3. A Powerpoint 14 slide presentation of the same 4 grouped images for demonstration purposes, or classroom quizzes.
