This resource focuses of promoting mental wellbeing in the classroom by allowing the children to feel their emotions and select a possible coping strategy by moving the spinner and arrow around. Let the children identify their own common emotions and feelings and how they would implement coping strategies with a blank version for them to complete their own. This resource also includes a list of possible emotions and coping strategies to assist the children when creating their own version. Once all three pieces (coping strategies, emotions and the arrow) have been cut out, fasten the together with a split pin.
