A creative resource that aims to teach pupils when and how to use punctuation correctly. These personalities can be used in a variety of ways from displays to table mats. Each punctuation has a funny saying, face and colour unique to them which helps the children remember and recall each one.

This timetable aims to brighten up your classroom, bringing light and positivity into the room. The document is in an editable format so that you can add your own school times onto the suns and missing subjects onto the clouds. The rest of the document will NOT be editable.
Teaching Standard Folder Dividers

Teaching Standard Folder Dividers

(1)
This resource is perfect for student placement, PGCE or NQT folders. Each standard and the expectation is stated on the cover. I suggest placing these into your folder just before your evidence, keeping track of each standard and making it easier to find and refer to specific standards.
Language of the week display
sophiemay224sophiemay224

Language of the week display

(1)
This display aims to introduce new languages to your pupils and encourage them to use them in the classroom. This can be displayed at the front of the classroom at the start of the week, encouraging children to use these phrases for registration, around the school and at home. This can be used alongside different topics, bringing culture and diversity into the classroom. This is an editable document so it allows you to add languages as you go through the year and also adapt to the needs of your class.
Busy Bee Classroom Jobs
sophiemay224sophiemay224

Busy Bee Classroom Jobs

(0)
This display is used to designate job roles in the classroom. The bees are used to display the pupil’s names and they can be placed onto the flower that shows the job they will be responsible for. The responsibility honeycomb reminds the children that these jobs are their responsibility and only theirs.
Multiplication Flowers
sophiemay224sophiemay224

Multiplication Flowers

(0)
These flowers are designed to display the multiplication tables in a unique way that offers the answer but makes the children work it out mentally rather than copying the number sentence straight from the display. The multiplication is in the centre of the flower. The inside petals are the number you are multiplying by and the outside petals are the answers. This gives the children the answer but allows them to engage in cognitive thinking first.
Language Characters

Language Characters

(0)
Language characters are a fun way to help your class remember basic features in their writing. Great for visual learners, the children will definitely and reference these funny characters when they are writing. It’s a good way to brighten up the classroom and make learning fun.
Warning Card
sophiemay224sophiemay224

Warning Card

(0)
These warning cards are given to the pupils before using the behaviour displays or management you use in your classroom. The back of the card offers the children a chance to think about their behaviour and understand why they have been given a warning card. If their behaviour continues then the children will understand the consequences.
Inside Out Feelings Display

Inside Out Feelings Display

(0)
The suggested use of this resource is to display the triangles clearly for your pupils so they can enter the classroom and place their name on the feeling they relate to. The names are placed on ‘memory bubbles’ and placed in the ‘Recharge Station’ when not in use. As a teacher you can visually see which pupils may need a small talk and keep track of their feelings. The triangles explain that one feeling can be displayed in lots of different ways.
Self-Relaxation Loop Cards
sophiemay224sophiemay224

Self-Relaxation Loop Cards

(1)
This resource can be used to help children who find themselves in a crisis. The idea of this resource is for the individual to chose the cards that help them relax when they face a time of crisis. When they have created their loop card, adapted to their needs, they can have it to hand so that they minimise the thinking they have to do during challenging times. These cards can be used for almost any needs. I initially created this resource for childhood bereavement.
Pupil Clinic
sophiemay224sophiemay224

Pupil Clinic

(0)
This set of lesson aims to give the children ownership of their learning and understand the process behind their learning. To use this activity, the children will go into partners and write on the sign up sheet, allocating them a date for their clinic. Once they have their date and time, the children use the plan to plan their lesson, much like a teacher plans all their lessons. The children have their clinics checked by the teacher. Once their clinic is planned, they then teach it. After the clinic the children that have been taught complete an evaluation, much like an observer, and the pupils have a chance to reflect on their lesson and edit or improve the next term.

WOW Work Presentation
sophiemay224sophiemay224

WOW Work Presentation

(0)
If you want a WOW working wall but struggle to find room in your classroom then this may be the option for you. This presentation takes the idea of the ‘WOW Working Wall’ discovered in "When the adults change everything changes’ by Paul Dix. Through the week you should collect work for each child, either their suggestion or yours. Then at the end of the week, display the presentation as a class and use positive affirmations to discuss the work. At the end of the day, send the children home with a QR certificate to show the parents/guardians, the work they have been recognised for this week.
