"This Or That" is a fantastic ice breaker game to use with your class. Standing in the middle of the room, students have to decide which of the two items on the screen they prefer (for example oranges or apples) and then make a dash for the side of the room to gather with their like minded friends. PowerPoint Game includes a dramatic 5,4,3,2,1 GO countdown, background music, pictures and words and instructions for some other useful variations incorporating more speech and even more suspense (with more moves etc). This is a random student selector application that I designed on Microsoft Power-Point. It's as easy as adding each of your student's names on to the slides and hitting "s" to start and stop the random flow of their names. Perfect for so many things such as quizzes, allocation of things(such as seats) and giving prizes. Countries Of The World: Card Game Statistic Attack Countries Cards contains 30 different countries profiles. The profiles include the countries name, flag, common greeting and picture of traditional dress or fun passport stamp. The statistical information included on each countries card is *Population *Average Life Span (for people living in that country) *Biggest City (with city population size) *Total Land area (size of country in sq miles and sq km)) Useful for Social Studies, Geography, Math and English in one cool card game format. Stat Attack the game is played by choosing a card from the center stack and trying to win the hand (and opponents cards) by declaring which statistic you think your country card is going to win with. For example if it's your turn you can look at your card and say "I think my country has the biggest population", everyone states their country cards population and whomever has the country with the biggest population wins the hand. An extremely popular and interesting game that is full of real valid facts and stats for the students to learn and marvel at. Gather information from clues and compile the information into the answer grid to show (in this particular mystery) 5 musicians names, what instruments they play, what pets they own, what nationality they are and what their hobbies are.
