Recently edited and improved, this is a detailed model answer discussing how Dickens presents the Spirits of Christmas in ‘A Christmas Carol’. This allows students to understand how to structure their arguments to achieve high marks. At the end of the essay is the mark as well as a detailed comment analysing the student’s strengths and weaknesses. This enables students to understand what parts of the essay have been so successful. This resource has been written for AQA, but will be useful to all students studying ‘A Christmas Carol’.
