Tonci Yason Rafael is a primary ICT teacher based in Indonesia, dedicated to developing learning materials in technology, digital literacy, and basic artificial intelligence (AI) for children. He provides thematic practice questions for elementary students to support independent learning. As the founder of Rumah Belajar Teknologi in Babau Village, East Nusa Tenggara, he works to expand access to digital education in rural areas. All proceeds from his learning materials are used to support PAUD Kasih Bunda and educational development in his hometown.
