200g plain flour
100g margarine
100g sugar
1 egg
Grease tray.
Sieve flour.
Cut and rub in fat to fine breadcrumbs.
add sugar and any flavourings.
add beaten egg and bring together.
roll out and cut out shapes
bake for 10-20 mins at 180 until straw coloured
allow to cool.
