About The Outwood Grange Academies Trust (OGAT)
Chief Executive Officer: Martyn Oliver
The Outwood Grange Academies Trust was born out of the success of Outwood Grange: a large school with 2,200 students, which has achieved record results for the last decade, including 84% in English and Maths.
As the highest performing Family of Schools in the North of England, we have transformed education and outcomes across a network of more than 20 primary and secondary academies. Working closely together and sharing best practice, our schools do whatever it takes to ensure that every child, irrespective of starting point, can realise his or her full potential and unique talents.
In particular, we relish the opportunity to regenerate the areas within we operate and place strong emphasis on close links with the local community. Our motto is “Students First”, and in the words of founder and Chief Executive Sir Michael Wilkins, “the whole point of schools is that children come first and everything we do must reflect this single goal”.
If you share our inspiring view of education, we can offer you a career that could take you anywhere – and give you all the support you need to get ahead. Tell us about your vision of the future and we’ll take things from there.
