Assessment for learning strategy used to monitor progress in a lesson or a unit of work. Students are given a criteria list for every sport (Example criteria attached). They decide where their knowledge and practical ability is on the confidence ladder at the start of the lesson. The lesson is then planned based on the students understanding. The students then state where their knowledge is after the lesson.
