An introduction to fractals starting with working out what Elsa is actually singing in Let It Go followed by a brief video intro to fractals, drawing Sierpinski triangles on isometric paper and finally creating a pop-up fractal card.
I used this over 2 lessons with a low-attaining Year 9 group in the last week of term. Could easily be used across the KS3/4 age and attainment range. Christmas, Maths and crafts all rolled into one.
update the Sierpinski link is broken - you can download the activity outline here
