English, ESL: Soccer / Football Activity Pack World Cup

English, ESL: Soccer / Football Activity Pack World Cup

Get through the World Cup weeks by making your students talk about 24 football-related pictures and various suggested activities. This Soccer/Football activity pack contains a PowerPoint presentation, cue cards, 32 different Bingo mats and a vocabulary list, as well as a multi-player board game to encourage speaking and learning through play. In an attempt to accommodate my colleagues in various parts of the world I am including files in different formats, i.e. letter/A4 and tabloid/A3 and using UK/US terminology. Should I have unintentionally missed any words, please do not mark me down in a review. Rather feel free to contact me and I shall work with you to remedy this asap. Formats and terminology used are always made clear in a filename, e.g. ‘soccer’ refers to US/CA, ‘football’ refers to the UK terminology. If no format is mentioned, then the file is in the A4 format. If no language clue is included then the file applies to the English taught in the country of the website :) Please kindly respect the time it took me to construct the enclosed sheets. Fairness deal: I will keep my price low. In return please be fair to me and do not pass this resource to colleagues unless you or your school have purchased the multiple licence for this resource too. Thank you. :) If you like these, please leave me a review follow me to see what else is new in my shop at any time. ©MosaiK

ESL with Emotional Intelligence

ESL with Emotional Intelligence

The author has kindly given us permission to release this version of her book fro FREE during Ramadan. She has been a teacher, trainer and an academic coordinator in the English Language department for a prestigious University. Her latest training program has been accreditted by Ofqal as a level 5 Diploma. This latest work is a unique way to support people acquiring the English language. The key to successful English language is reading and writing. One of the struggles with ESL students is an intrinsic awareness of not wanting to look foolish when speaking another language. Writing journals are a great way to get a student engaged in the art of writing. What strengthens this process is when the writing is relatable and supports the development of the individual. The journals cater for ESL students with prompts related to the four intelligences, making it easy for them to write and minimising the effective filter. The journals are an excellent source for differentiated teaching and self-learning, as the subject matter is the most popular one amongst nearly all students…. Themselves. Suad Mohamed
