Canva is an excellent, free, design tool that can save you time and money. It makes sense to use this instead of paying for expensive designers. This resource comes in PPT form and a pdf. The PPT is 30 slides. This training PowerPoint and PDF is a step by step guide to get you started using Canva. A Pinterest pin using Video is created for the purposes of an example, however, the skills learnt can be applied to other promotional documents such as Covers, brochures, posters, instagram posts, twitter posts, etc. You can use Canva to market your store, and / or use it as a class lesson. It is set out in an easy to follow format and in a Word document so that it can be easily edited if necessary to accommodate version changes. I have used this as a basis for group training for a wide range of audiences and they have really appreciated the productivity skills contained within the training manual.

These two forms are useful to make informed decisions about the apps that will be downloaded onto iPad for children's use. A set criteria is used to ensure that the apps will be educational, within budget, relevant and useful. There is such a wide variety of apps to choose from that a process like this should be in place whenever staff wish to recommend and / or suggest apps for early learning centers or primary schools. You can hand out or email these forms to learners before or during a session. They simply fill them out and return them. You can then use the information to split up groups into appropriate skill levels or just for general content planning for the session. I have also included a Feedback form that can be used to hand out after the session. They are in Word format so that you can easily remove or add any of the skills. I have used these for corporate groups and community groups successfully.

This resource can be used to present a project that a class or team has been working on in a logical manner. It contains two different powerpoint designs that they can choose from. There are 10 slides within the presentation. Students / Learners simply type in their own information by over typing what is on the slide. They then insert relevant data and graphics. This assists with formatting and presenting ideas in a logical way. I use it in the workplace training sector when teams have been working on an issue and have formulated goals and completed tasks to achieve an outcome. Once they have completed their project, they present it to their managers using the templates included.

This resource contains three items. One is a board game and the other two are Posters that explain the grammar rules associated with present and past forms of the verb To Be. Examples are provided. For the board game you will need a dice and counters. It is a simple game whereby learners get to practice using the Verb To Be in sentences. It can be printed out, enlarged and laminated. The resource also contains a printable worksheet that covers the Screen Elements of the software applications I use this with my adult learning classes and they really enjoy completing this.
